General description
The ultra-luxurious Alila Jabal Akhdar Resort is located 2,000 metres above sea level in the central Al Hajar Mountains. It is a gateway to the region’s incredible history, culture and nature. This rugged mountainous region is one of Oman’s most attractive tourist destinations thanks to its stunning scenery, which includes Jebel Shams, Oman’s highest mountain, and Jebel Akhdar, which means ‘Green Mountain’ in Arabic.
